As a courtesy to the Gift Certificate Recipient we have already included a
18% Gratuity to each gift certificate.  This gives them an opportunity to
completely enjoy their Spa experience without incurring any costs.

As a courtesy to the staff please call 24 hours for a single service cancellation or 48 hours for multiple services.  If using a Gift Certificate & an appointment is scheduled but not kept the Gift Certificate will become null and void.  Gift Certificates are valid for six months & have no monetary value.
